At The Little Green Fox, we’re passionate about reusing and reducing waste. That’s why we invite you to send your plastic bottles back to us - so we can wash, refill, and reuse them again and again.
What You Can Send Back
You can return any of the bottles we’ve sent you in your orders or other plastic bottles you already have at home, as long as they are one of the following sizes:

250ml
-
500ml
-
1 litre (1L)
-
1.5 litres (1.5L)
-
2 litres (2L)
🚫 Please note: we cannot accept any other sizes, even if they look similar. If your box contains items we cannot use, your postage will not be refunded.
Preparing Your Bottles
Before sending them back, please:

Give each bottle a quick rinse - no need for deep cleaning, just a light swill is perfect.

Do not remove the labels - this helps us easily identify the bottle size.

Make sure each bottle has its original lid and is not squished or crushed. Sadly, we can’t resurrect squished bottles!
Reusing Wood Wool
We can also reuse the wood wool that your orders are packed in. If you don’t have a use for it at home, please feel free to pop it in the box with your bottles - we’ll gladly give it another life in future parcels!

Please include a note inside your box with your:

Refunds & Loyalty Points
Once your bottles arrive safely with us, we’ll refund your postage cost as loyalty points to your Little Green Fox account.
Some weeks we receive a high volume of returns, so please allow 3–5 working days for your points to appear.
If you’d like to use your points sooner, just drop us an email - we’re always happy to help speed things up where possible.

If you’re ever unsure whether something is suitable to send back, just send us a quick photo on social media or via email, and we’ll give you a speedy yay or nay! We’re always happy to check before you post anything.
