Our Updated Closed Loop Return System
Please note that our closed loop system has recently changed, so we kindly ask that you read the information below before returning any packaging.
To make the system more efficient and reduce the number of unsuitable items being returned, we now only accept bottles and tubs that display one of our closed loop stickers. Our focus is on durable packaging that can be cleaned, sanitised, and reused many times, helping us create a tighter, more effective circular system.
How to Return Your Packaging
1. Collect your empties
Gather any bottles and tubs that have our closed loop sticker attached. We are also happy to receive any wood wool or other packaging materials that can be reused.
2. Prepare your return
If possible, please give bottles and tubs a quick rinse and remove any labels. However, this is not essential. We follow a strict sanitisation process, so we can take care of the rest.
3. Include your details
Once you have a box ready to send back, please place a note inside with your name and postcode. This helps us quickly identify your return and process your postage refund efficiently.
4. Receive your refund
Once your return has been checked and processed, the postage you paid will be refunded as loyalty points to your Little Green Fox account, ready to spend on your next eco shop.
Please note that returns containing items that are not part of our closed loop system, or packaging that we cannot reuse, will not qualify for a postage refund. To avoid disappointment, please only return bottles and tubs displaying our closed loop sticker.
