We want our deliveries to bring a smile to you!
Nearly all of our orders are posted in reused boxes, rescued from other local businesses. So whilst they might not be the prettiest around, they are probably the most sustainable!
We use paper tape and print our post labels on recycled kraft paper - did you know post labels printed on thermal paper aren't actually recyclable?! We always aim to use the smallest box possible for your order and most are packed using wood wool and recycled paper.
Most of our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48, parcels larger than 20KG may be sent via DPD or split into two boxes.
We aim to dispatch your orders within 48 working hours, but please be aware that this may be a day or so longer during school holidays, extreme weather or if we are awaiting a product to be restocked. I promise we always try our best to get your orders out the door ASAP!
Postage costs
FREE on orders over £60.
For all other orders, postage is calculated via weight at checkout.
0 - 2kg = £3.69
2kg + = £6.29
Seeded paper
Every purchase you make from us supports not only our small business, but the incredible small businesses behind these products. To show our appreciation, we include a handwritten thank you note, written on seeded paper. This can then be planted, using the instructions below and with a bit of TLC, will bloom into wild flowers that will help our Great British Bee’s!
Seeded paper step by step

Tear the paper into pieces roughly a couple of cm long and wide, then soak in water until wet through.

Place pieces in a pot of soil and lightly sprinkle more soil on top

Keep the soil and paper moist in a warm and light environment

Once your small plants have grown, place pot outside or keep on a window that has lots of sun.
We would love to see how your seeded thank you notes bloom, so make sure you send us a picture!
Returns
If you aren't satisfied with your product then please email info@thelittlegreenfox.co.uk so we can see what we can do to help and resolve the issue.
If you change your mind on an item once it arrives, keep it in all its packaging and pop us an email to arrange a return to our address.
As soon as we receive the item back with us safely, we can process the refund, excluding the shipping costs. Please send items tracked and keep proof of receipt until the refund has been issued as we can not take responsibility for items that get lost in the post.
Please note that due to the Covid 19 pandemic, we are unable to accept returns on certain items due to hygiene reasons.
