We want our deliveries to bring everyone a little bit of happiness and put a smile on your face! Each of our boxes are lovingly packed using only recyclable materials, including the tape. We keep every single box we receive from our suppliers and all of their packaging material too, right down to every last bioderadable packing peanut. We reuse everything and ensure there is no waste. We will aim to post your order in the most appropriate sized box to minimize materials used, whilst ensuring your products are well protected on their journey from us to you.
We aim to dispatch every order within 24 hours of payment received, all of which are posted from our local village shop. (Where Rufus is infamous because he has a habit of shop lifting croissants!)
Every purchase you make from us supports not only our small business, but the incredible small businesses behind these products. To show our appreciation, we include a handwritten thank you note, written on seeded paper. This can then be planted, using the instructions below and with a bit of TLC, will bloom into wild flowers that will help our Great British Bee’s!
Seeded paper step by step
Tear the paper into pieces roughly a couple of cm long and wide, then soak in water until wet through.
Place pieces in a pot of soil and lightly sprinkle more soil on top
Keep the soil and paper moist in a warm and light environment
Once your small plants have grown, place pot outside or keep on a window that has lots of sun.
We would love to see how your seeded thank you notes bloom, so make sure you send us a picture!
If you aren't satisfied with your product then please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can see what we can do to help and resolve the issue.
If you change your mind on an item once it arrives, keep it in all its packaging and pop us an email to arrange a return to our address.
As soon as we receive the item back with us safely, we can process the refund, excluding the shipping costs. Please send items tracked and keep proof of receipt until the refund has been issued as we can not take responsibility for items that get lost in the post.
Please note that due to the Covid 19 pandemic, we are unable to accept returns on certain items due to hygiene reasons.
