Our Deliveries

We pack and send all orders ourselves, and while we always aim to get your goodies on their way as quickly as possible, please allow 2–5 working days for your order to be dispatched.

Delivery Costs

Postage is calculated automatically based on the weight of your order at checkout.

Most orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which means they usually arrive within 48 hours of dispatch. Please note that this is Royal Mail's target delivery time rather than a guaranteed service.

Larger or heavier orders may be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or an alternative courier, depending on the size and weight of the parcel.

If you haven't received your order within 5 working days of receiving your dispatch email, please get in touch at info@thelittlegreenfox.co.uk and we'll be happy to look into it for you.

Ugly but Eco!

We absolutely love reused packaging and think it's far too good to waste.

We rescue a wide variety of boxes from local shops, village stores and other businesses, so don't be surprised if your order arrives in a slightly weird and wonderful box! It might not be pretty, but it helps keep perfectly usable packaging out of the recycling bin for a little longer.

We only use paper tape, and all of our packaging materials are either reused or biodegradable. On the rare occasion you spot some bubble wrap in your parcel, it's been rescued and reused from our own glass bottle deliveries.

Our wood wool is fully biodegradable, and we're always happy to receive it back when you return your bottles and tubs. That said, we certainly won't begrudge you keeping it for your pets - many of our customers tell us it makes excellent bedding and enrichment material!

Returns & Problems

If you're not completely happy with anything in your order, please send us an email and we'll do our best to help.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain items.

Local Deliveries

We offer local deliveries every Wednesday.

If your address falls within our local delivery area, a £1 local delivery option will appear at checkout once you've entered your postcode.

Occasionally we may need to deliver on a different day. If that happens, we'll send you an email to let you know. We'll also check whether you have any bottles or tubs to return so that you can leave them out for collection.
